When I founded JHB back in the mid 1990’s the concept was simple; to help folks take all the confusion out of all things related to their business telephone systems. Having been in the industry since 1984 the first and biggest mistake I see most folks make is deciding on the phone equipment they need based primarily on the premise that it have the most features possible. The second mistake I see is to make phone equipment choices based solely on the lowest price.

The recent introduction of Voice Over IP “phone service over the internet” technology in my view presents a revolutionary change and opportunity for growth that rivals Bell’s introduction of the telephone back in the 1870’s. It offers business's near endless possibilities to better connect their clients and patients to real live people while giving those people better tools to serve them. It has also lowered the cost of phone service itself and in my opinion contributed largely to lowering of high speed internet service cost that such phone lines need to operate.
At JHB we have looked extensively and evaluated all of the technologies and products that are out there including both VOIP and standard non VOIP.
