JHB Maintenance Service Plans 
for Businesses in West Central Florida

Overview: The simple reality is that at some point during the year – no matter how high quality your telephone equipment is – it’s going to need service. Our innovative plans are designed to help effectively address the challenge of how to keep those costs as low as possible and  help gain a great deal of cost certainty over your phone equipment maintenance costs.

Benefits of a JHB Repair Service Plan versus Time and Material Service:

  • No trip charges! Waiving of this $45 charge applies to all calls covered under the plan.
  • Plan includes any moves, additions, and programming changes.
  • Multiple plans for you to choose from beginning at 5 hours and up to 20 hours
  • Preferred response times on most calls. (We try to keep our response time for critical calls such as completely system failures to no more than 2 business hours*).
  • At end of term up to 50 % of any unused time rolls over and is added to your next contract
  • Discounts of up to 25% on parts, materials and component repairs including phones

20 Hour Plan: $1950.00 paid yearly or 2 biannual payments of $1120 each. includes 2 free system backups for VOIP systems. Additional hours if needed billed at $105 per hour 120 days email tech support.

10 Hour Plan: $1090.00 paid yearly or 2 biannual payments of $625 each. Includes 1 free system backup for VOIP systems. Additional hours if needed billed at $115 per hour plus $10 trip charge 90 days email tech support.

5 Hour Basic Remote Programming Plan: $455.00 on site hours if needed billed at just $95 per hour with 1 hour minimum plus $20 trip charge. 30 days email tech support.

5 hour Premium plan: $625.00 Includes up to 5 hours preprogramming 3 hours on site time including 2 trip charges additional hours if needed billed at just $95 per hour with 1 hour minimum plus $15 trip charge. 45 days email tech support.

Time and Material Plans

Standard Plan:  $160 per hour plus $45 trip charge. No yearly fee Terms COD check only – standard response times.

Preferred Plan PLUS: $135 per hour $25 trip charge. Yearly set up fee $350: Terms Net 10 subject to credit approval – preferred response times on “system out of service calls”- all other calls are standard response.
